Our Shipping Policy

At Xceeed Corporation, we have worked hard to become your reliable choice of Renewable Energy and Generator products. We have done our research and found the most efficient way to safely get your order from our warehouse into your hands. All in-stock orders ship the same day when placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

On another note, All SOLAR PANELS, RAILS, POLES, BATTERIES, AND GENERATORS are EXCLUDED from all SHIPPING promotions and discounts offered on the website or in newsletters. All SOLAR PANELS, RAILS, POLES, BATTERIES, AND GENERATORS are available for in-store pickup or you can contact us for shipping fees if not accessible on the website.

Solar Panels and Batteries are also available for paid pallet shipping, prices are based on freight quotes and are subjected to freight shipping regulations. Each pallet can accompany up to 500 lbs of weight and multiple solar panels will be shipped on the same pallet. A residential tailgate fee is included in the pallet shipping prices.

Canergie reserve the right to exclude orders from all shipping promotions based on order location. Delivery and Shipping to REMOTE LOCATIONS can be subject to change or increase. Canergie will contact you (customer) for any changes in shipping and delivery fee for confirmation.

Free Shipping includes selected products on orders of more than $150 before taxes excluding SOLAR PANELS, RAILS, POLES, BATTERIES, AND GENERATORS (Some restrictions may apply).

Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon are excluded from all of our shipping and delivery promotions.

Please note Canergie reserve the right to delay order processing based on the available inventory in our warehouses.

Shipping Cutoff Time for faster delivery is 12 PM. Any order received after that will start to be processed on the following business day.
